Worlds Apart is a new comic series created by Paul II featuring characters created over the years that have helped
shape and define his art style. Follow a group of friends as they are forced into a new world full of peril and excitement,
meet new friends and face off against foes at every corner.
"When alien insects from another world take Richard and Daisy captive, Rhashia and Jack spring into action to rescue their friends. As they follow the hive servants through a portal to another world, they stumble into an adventure unlike anything they could imagine. New allies guide them in their rescue while a malevolent Queen seeks to strengthen her hive army."
Rhashia may appear easy going and care free but she is a fierce and determined fighter at heart. This is a result of her storied childhood. She is always up for hanging out with her friends and having a good time.
To say she is passionate can be an understatement. She'll fight for what she believes. If someone harms a family member or any of her friends, she wont hesitate to "kick the crap" out of them.
Richard is the relaxed member of the group. He's out to just have a good time with friends and family. When faced with decision making, he approaches the situation cautiously, considering all the available options before making a final decision.
Fighting is a last resort option for him. If a conflict can be avoided, he'll attempt to avoid it. Yet, should a fight break out, he'll hold his own.
Kind, soft hearted, and strong, Jack is the model of a great friend. He is loyal to his friends, standing up for them and coming to their comfort when needed. Even though he puts up a tough shell for show, he is often times the softest and most vulnerable of the group
Part of his charm is his willingness to put the safety and comfort of his friends ahead of his own. Even if it means he can't fulfill his own desires.
Daisy is often times shy and keeps to herself. She has always been self-conscious and is fairly introverted. Her friends always manage to find ways to get her out and engaged in group activities.
She brings a high level of understanding and empathy to the group. Her ability to understand and empathize with others has made her a great friend to confide in.
Sketching designs in her art books is one of her favorite things to do.
